Any large quantity of books that you drop off will be evaluated as time permits. During busy periods, this could take up to several days depending on the amount you drop off.

that can be applied towards the purchase of other USED items.
Used book credit is figured at 40% of our sale price.
When applying used book credit,
customers are responsible for paying a MINIMUM of 10%
of their total purchase price, plus tax.
This amount MUST be paid for by cash, check, or credit card.
If you have any remaining used book credit at the end of your transaction, you will receive a blue Book Shop credit ticket. We do not keep any records of used book credit balances.

We are always looking for quality used books, audio book CDs, records, music CDs, DVD movies, and puzzles. If you have questions about whether we would be interested in your books or other items, please feel free to call us at 252-240-1163.
You do not have to call ahead to bring books in for used book credit; we are happy to look at books any day of the week. However, if you have a large quantity of books, we ask that you use our drop off option.
